Madagascar Vanilla Bean

A classic vanilla flavor that's anything but "plain." I use the best quality vanilla beans from Madagascar that I can find, and individually scrape as much vanilla bean paste from them as I can. It's the best of the best!

Dutch Chocolate

A smooth, delicious chocolate ice cream made with Dutch-processed cocoa powder (which, trust me, is the best kind there is)!

Dahu Strawberry

Strawberry ice cream is undoubtedly a classic, but you've never had strawberry ice cream this good. Dahu Strawberry is so named because it's made with only the sweetest, freshest strawberries from the mountainous Dahu township. (That's why it's only available in the winter: Taiwan's strawberry season!) With chunks of fresh, juicy strawberries and a hint of citrus, it's just as sweet and refreshing as strawberry ice cream could ever be.

Cookies & Cream

My take on your favorite Oreo flavor means that I stuff as many Oreos as I can into every bite. Some people ask me why I use chocolate ice cream as my base for this flavor, but the truth is... I don't! There are just SO MANY Oreos in there that it *looks* like it's made of chocolate. Yeah, yum.

Mint Chocolate Chip

A crowd favorite and definitely a classic in the USA, mint chocolate chip is hard to find here in Taiwan! Every time I visit home, I bring back plenty of my favorite peppermint extract so I can keep making this flavor. Minty and refreshing (and yes, it's green)!

Toasted Coconut

Coconut lovers rejoice! For this flavor, I toast shredded coconut until it's perfectly golden before adding it to a coconut flavored ice cream base. Yum!

Chocolate Cherry Chunk

My take on the Ben and Jerry's "Cherry Garcia," but with the highest quality ingredients I can get my hands on! Juicy maraschino cherries and dark chocolate chunks mixed into a subtle cherry-vanilla flavored ice cream. *Please note that I use almond extract in this flavor. If you have a tree nut allergy, please let me know in advance; I can modify the recipe to exclude the almond extract.*

Banana

Who doesn't love bananas? In Taiwan, delicious bananas are easy to find, and they blend perfectly into ice cream to make a rich, smooth, 100% natural banana flavor.

Lavender & Chamomile

Or, as I sometimes call it, "Sleepytime Ice Cream"! Lavender & Chamomile is made by steeping these two dried ingredients in my classic sweet cream base. It has hints of flowers and honey and feels light, refreshing, and comforting!

Chocolate Kahlua Cheesecake

Arguably my one true masterpiece! Based on a real cheesecake flavor that I've been making and perfecting for 15 years (and that I suspect is the real reason my family wants me to move back home). Luscious dark chocolate melted with butter and Kahlua, blended smoothly into a cheesecake-flavored ice cream base and finished off with a sprinkling of Oreo cookie crumble. YUM.

Strawberry Cheesecake

A bite of creamy, fruity summer! Swirls of homemade strawberry compote throughout a cheesecake-flavored ice cream and finished off with a sprinkling of cookie crumble crust.

Blueberry Cheesecake

Is there anything better than fresh berries and cheesecake? How about fresh berries and cheesecake *infused in an ice cream flavor*?? Swirls of homemade blueberry compote throughout a cheesecake-flavored ice cream and finished off with a sprinkling of cookie crumble crust.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

A crowd favorite back home, and I'm doing my best to convert everyone in Taiwan too! Made with my classic sweet cream base and filled with chunky bites of cookie dough + a smattering of dark chocolate chips! *Please note that while there are no peanut products in the ingredients, I use EatPastry Vegan Cookie Dough for the cookie dough chunks, which is processed on the same equipment as other peanut products. Please consider this if you have a severe peanut allergy.*

Espresso

I could have called this flavor "coffee," because that's what it is, but then you wouldn't fully understand just HOW MUCH coffee I put into this ice cream. It's a kick in the pants and the perfect excuse to eat ice cream for breakfast, in my opinion.

Cake Batter

Let's get to baking! This colorful flavor is made with yellow cake batter (aka the classic birthday cake in the USA) + rainbow sprinkles! Tastes just like the spoon you accidentally-on-purpose had to lick while baking a homemade cake.

Brownie Batter

Your favorite chocolate brownie batter infused into an ice cream! Sprinkled with dark chocolate chips and made with real Ghiradelli brownie mix AND freshly baked brownie chunks, it's the smooth rich flavor of a freshly baked chocolate brownie in every bite. *Please note that due to the eggs in the brownie bites, this flavor is not available completely vegan. However, I am happy to make it with oat milk if you want a dairy-free version!

Mocha Chip

Our kick-in-the-pants espresso ice cream, with a hint of cocoa and a whole lot of dark chocolate chips.

Chocolate Strawberry

Banana Cream Pie

Our smooth and creamy banana ice cream, with cookie crumb crust crumbles throughout. Just like a bite of banana cream pie!

Chocobanana

Based on the classic sweet treat that Oscar grew up eating in Guatemala, Chocobanana tastes just like a frozen banana dipped in chocolate! Our fresh banana ice cream with chunks of dark chocolate sprinkled throughout.

Wintermelon

My favorite Taiwan classic, remixed as an ice cream flavor! The sweetness of wintermelon dissolved into a sweet cream base to make the perfect "dong gua xian nai" ice cream.

Mint Oreo

Can't decide between the classic Mint Chocolate Chip and Cookies & Cream flavors? Well, do I have just the thing for you! With a green peppermint base and plenty of Oreo cookies in every bite, this flavor is truly the best of both worlds.

Piña Colada

Light and refreshing, just like your favorite beachside beverage! Made with our creamy coconut ice cream, fresh pineapple, and just a little bit of white rum. Yum!

Tropical Mango

How could I resist making an ice cream flavor with Taiwan's famous mangoes? Tropical Mango is seasonal--only available in the summer--but it's one of our favorites! Get it while the gettin's good!

Ube (Purple Sweet Potato)

Inspired by Ono Pono's delicious Hawaiian treat, haupia, this all-natural purple ice cream is a sweet treat for the ages! Made from scratch with fresh purple sweet potatoes whenever I can get my hands on them.

Passionfruit

A sweet and sour dream! Made with real fresh passionfruit, individually selected from our local market in Anping.

Cocomango

Based on an ice cream flavor that Oscar and I had at our wedding in Mexico! The perfect blend of fresh mango and creamy coconut.

Hot Cocoa

Warm up with some hot cocoa... except, wait, we're in Taiwan and it's always hot. But never fear! I've figured out how to infuse that hot cocoa warmth right into a scoop of ice cream. So... cool off with some hot cocoa? It's confusing. But trust me, it's delicious.

Christmas Cookie

My favorite Christmas sugar cookie recipe, all wrapped up in an ice cream! Complete with red and green sprinkles to make it extra festive for the holiday season.
