About the event
Drawing is an integral part of the painting process, and drawing for the purposes of making a painting is not quite like the art of drawing for its own sake. In this class, we'll learn some drawing basics and practice different methods of drawing in the early stages of a painting.*
You will learn how to:
Draw quick sketches that represent your desired painting
Use different drawing mediums and understand their particular strengths & weaknesses
Decide on the focal points that are most important to include in your drawing
Use precise and confident movement to make lines and shapes
